CHILDREN & SCHOOL - Need a Boys & Girls Club, held at Community Center or Church. Need a grant to run the program. Need camps for older children. Need a new School W. of Highway 707, set aside 10 acres for a new middle school and have Merkel and Tye attend the same School. |

HOUSING: The 6.2 acres of land that was purchased has been platted and is ready for a contractor to start building on the land. TIDCO is willing to sell or grant the land to a contractor. |

INFRASTRUCTURE: Need streets fixed, garbage and recycling to be more accessible. Continue with the Park & add more trees in phases, fix the baseball field/ received a grant to put sewer and water to the North side of I-20. TEDCO/TIDCO built a new 12,000 sq. ft. small business facility this year and has three companies leased at the present time. |
