F. BUSINESS:

1. Discussion with possible action: During the Christmas Holiday three round tables were broken at the Tye Community Center. Due to the fact that the tables are made out of pressed wood and one frame was bent we felt it was an emergency to replace those three tables. Sam's has the tan padded chairs in stock at this time. And one long rectangle table has a broken leg. With the P{resident's permission we replaced those tables and purchased 6 new chairs.

2. Discussion with possible action: Our books were audited on January 16th, 2012. Report to follow.

3. Discussion only: The first three months of the fiscal year, 35.03% of budget went to Projects, 34.01% of budget went to Loans and SBI Expenses, 14.64% Payroll, and 16.32% Other includes Administration, Housing, Membership and Travel expenses.
