This is to certify that I, Connie Selden, Executive Director, posted this Agenda on the bulletin board located on the outside of the City Hall of Tye, Texas, in a place convenient and readily accessible to the public at all time, and it is posted at the Tye Post Office, and said Notice was posted on Friday, July 18, 2008 by 9:00 o'clock A.M., and remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the schedule time of said meeting.

We would need to build a spec building for lease - is this the next spec building that we want to do in our Industrial Park II? And what incentives do we provide for them?
10. Discussion only: One of the wind turbine companies wants a place to park vehicles, so that they can shuttle their emploees to the fileds and back each day. What about our ten acres of land? Or another peiece of land in the Industrial Park.
11. Discussion/with possible action: Butch Schuman wants us to provide his long term financing on the Incinerator Recycling plant.
